Hi!

I apply for my wife for the I-130 and got the hard copy in Jan 2011. Anyway, I miss her so much and I was wondering if she can come to US with her B-2 tourist visa (not expired). I just want to know if it will jeopardize the I-130 when she comes here and will she able to come to US with B-2? Last year she came here, immigration officer staples a note stating "No AOS" and two others abbreviation and only gave her 3 months to stay in US. She left on time.

If anyone has been thru the same or similiar process as me, please share you experience. Thanks.

Yes, she can come visit - but she will need to bring serious proof of ties to her home country (copy of a lease or mortgage, car loan, tuition paid at school, letter from employer, etc)

What country is she from? Were you married when she came to visit last time?
