I don't know if this will help but I almost withdrew mine. I gave time to time and so far so good! (L)

I agree with jrmjia. Sometimes you have to give it time. I know early on in my relationship there were some cultural things that I did not understand, but I gave it some time and it worked out.

3-5-2011: I-129F Sent

3-9-2011: NOA1

6-24-2011: NOA2

6-30-2011: NOA2 Hard Copy

7-19-2011: Received Case Number from NVC

08-08-2011: Sent Packet 3 to Embassy

09-12-2011: Received Packet 4 Instructions

09-28-2011: Interview: Approved

10-06-2011: Point of Entry

11-03-2011: Married

AOS:

11-17-2011: Filed AOS Packet

12-09-2011: AOS Check Cashed

01-01-2012: Biometrics

01-31-2012: Received EAD

07-20-2012: AOS Approved

08-01-2012: Received Green Card

I think perhaps I didn't wait long enough to really get to know this girl before filing my I-129F. I have the NOA. I don't expect to receive my NOA2 until May or June. Two Questions:

1.Should I wait until I receive the NOA2 before sending the letter stating I want to withdraw my petition or should I send it now?

2.If I should send it now, should I send a letter to NVC and the Vermont Service Center?

Any advice will be appreciated.

its the same old thing u will gonna do... just that the letter will be addressed to USCIS...

this is ur 2nd time anthill to withdraw a k1 right? ur previous k1 approved last yr. if i am not mistaken and that case reached in the US embassy,phil... we have the same date of filing of our 2nd K1... what happened??? :blink::unsure:

June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview

I am glad that we applied although we have not had that much time together it takes understanding and faith sometimes you spend years with someone get married and it fails so it is about your hearts and how you are both feeling let your heart guide you to do what is right at all times best wishes to you whatever you decide .

When I withdrew my first petition USCIS told me to have it notarized.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Sorry about that :( If you're sure, send the letter before you get the NOA2. Best wishes and hey, everybody makes mistakes.

May 2008- L is pushed into jagged rocks by a 12 ft wave while surfing in Chile. K saves her from certain watery death. Performs CPR and secretly enjoys it.

Sept 2008- L returns to the U.S. to finish school.

Dec 2008- K wins a surfing competition, uses prize money to buy L ticket to Chile.

Jan 2009- L visits K in Chile, 5 months pregnant!

April 2009- future world champion of surfing is born

Nov 2010- engaged!

Nov 28, 2010- petition sent

Dec 3, 2010- NOA 1

Dec 10, 2010- touched

May 6, 2011- NOA 2

May 17, 2011- sent to Embassy from NVC
