Start looking after 2pm today 7/8/14 and search with this EXP 07 JUL 2014A you may also want to try EXP 07 JUL 2014B

Sometimes you will find others using the "B" reference

When searching you will use the prior business day to find next day shipments.

Wow, thank you soooooo much for doing that for me. That gives me such relief because I almost wondered if it was lost in the mail. I'm confident that that's our petition. But now I'm wondering why the ceac site still says in transit then? Now, when we received the letter from NVC it did say to go ahead and fill out the ds160 but I held off on that because I thought I should wait to hear from the consulate first. Do you think they're waiting for me to submit the ds160 before they contact me? I will fill it out this afternoon for sure. Thanks again!!

When u see it "in transit" at NVC..just follow the instructions in this forum...it should be out on DHL tracking already...if in transit today use the EXP format with yesterdays date as that is the day it was picked up...

I just cannottrack the package through DHL!! I checked multiple times but I cannot...either I am making some silly mistake over and over again and not realising it or there's a problem...starting to get worried now...I think it was sent out yesterday but could have been Friday too (don't rem checking on Friday) and it's going to India...if any one can help . Thanks

I received our case number from the NVC yesterday and when I check CEAC it states that it is "at NVC". However when I check DHL I saw a package to Kiev today, what are the odds that it was shipped out today or should I see a "in transit" when it leaves the NVC or should I call to ask if it was shipped?

Yes call them to make sure your case is in transit. I found 2 shipments (14th & 15th) The weight appears to show more than one case file per shipment. Also it does take about 4-5 days to get the info into their system. Good Luck to You
