DHL attempted delivery and the Embassy was closed for MLK Jr day. (So they sent it back to Hong Kong and then back to Manila? I'm sure it will be delivered tomorrow.)

I tracked the same reference number without selecting a Shipment Destination and it looks like this happened at embassies around over the world today.

Okay, I feel stupid. I have tried every possible way to enter the info into DHL and it says there are no shipments. I talked to NVC today 01/27/2014 and they said my package was mailed today to Embassy in Manila, Philippines. Can someone help please?
