I called NVC today and asked if they sent my petions out, they said they don't send them until the embassey has an opening and they (embassey or NVC)email you? So I guess I wait for the email.

Hi, CR1 folks receive an interview date before their package is sent to the embassy. Good Luck :)

Quick question, do u send this everyday as in does NVC send out files everyday because I have not seen an postings from June 28th until today. Just curious because there has been a delay with NVC scheduling interviews this month but this might not even help me as there are other K1 cases being shipped out so...I can't track down when they will start scheduling for CR1/IR1 visas.

Yes NVC sends case files everyday except for weekends and holidays. CR1 folks will receive an interview date before NVC sends their case to their embassy.

Any packages shipped out yesterday. I just got my interview scheduled for August 12th (Nairobi, Kenya is my embassy). I will be calling tomorrow and hopefully find out if they shipped my package already...but just wondering if they sent out anything to Nairobi yesterday.
