Thanks! You know doing it this way is alot easier than sitting on the phone with NVC and waiting on hold. This way ppl can look at DHL after 6pm each day to see if a package left to their country and if they see one they can then call NVC to ask if their case has been transferred to their embassy. I hope everyone that tries this will post a comment so others will be able to have less stress in knowing about their case. Good Luck To You and Thanks for commenting :)

Hello guys, there´s a shipment to Madrid on Tuesday 23 of April.

I did call just a minute ago to ask for news from my interview date, or if the case left the NVC, but I have no positive answer. Do I still have a chance that this DHL shipment is for my case? (the timing would be exactly the same during our process with the NVC).

Hi, For CR1 they schedule the interview first before sending the case file to the embassy. If you have already received your interview date then you can begin looking. Good Luck

My Fiance called up NVC on April 24th and they said that they have sent out the petition on April 24th but seems like there isn't anything going out to Singapore. :(

Timeline for Adjustment of Status from K1 visa

08/12/2013 -> Send off AOS, EAD and AP package via USPS

08/13/2013 -> Check were cashed

08/14/2013 -> USCIS received package

08/20/2013 -> Receipt confirmation via text and email

08/24/2013 -> Received NOA1 hard copies via mail

08/29/2013 -> Received biometrics appointment schedule for 9/16 @ 11am

09/16/2013 -> Walk-in for biometrics

10/01/2013 -> Received text that I-485 is now under Testing and Interview

10/11/2013 -> Received text/email notification of EAD+AP in production and to allow 30 days for my combo card to be mailed to me.

10/22/2013 -> Received text/email notification that EAD+AP card has been mailed out.

10/24/2013 -> Received EAD+AP in the mail

02/12/2014 -> AOS interview at the Denver office -> Approved
