This might be it:

http://www.dhl.com/content/g0/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.shtml?shipperReference=EXP+02+APR+2013A&fromDayValue=01&fromMonthValue=04&fromYearValue=2013&toDayValue=05&toMonthValue=04&toYearValue=2013&accountNumber=&countryCodeIndex=3&countryCode=dz

Waybill: 8875741766 - Was picked up from NVC on 3 April and is now currently in Germany.

If you want to search for it yourself go here: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html

Shipper's Reference: EXP 02 APR 2013A

From: 01 04 2013

To: Today's Date

Shipment Destination: Choose Algeria

Click search and that's your package. I'm pretty sure that's it b/c I also searched the EXP for 03/04/05 APR but nothing was sent to Algeria those days.

I have changed country - I have moved from England to Japan.

My fiance and I both sent emails and letters to NVC once we got the NOA 2, informing them that I now wished to be interviewed in Japan

However yesterday my fiance got a letter with a LND case #

How can we check to see if our case has indeed been sent to London ? What are our chances of the case being reassigned to Japan? My fiance has now sent a letter to the US embassy in London

Depressed.

This happened to me. I was assigned to London because I was a resident of London when my husband filed my I-130. NVC assigned me an LND case number. I emailed them a request to reassign my case to Malaysia, attaching a PDF copy of my passport showing my Malaysian citizenship. They reassigned my case within 10 days and I got a KLL case number. You can only interview at your country of origin or your country of residency so you will need to do the same, but attach proof of residency in Japan.

Interview date: May 2, 2013

I am sorry to bother you guys but can somebody help me to track my documents please? My P4 email confirming interview date was received on 1 April 2013 and the country is Malaysia. I can't seem to find my packet on the DHL website though :( I did find one on 28 March but that pre-dates the date of my P4.

Thank you for that info - it is reassuring to know that it is possible to reassign

it- did you email the NVC or the embassy in London?

You need to call NVC and ask them the exact date they sent your file otherwise you won't be able to track it accurately.

You need to contact NVC. You still have to go through the NVC process so NVC is who you need to contact, London doesn't know anything about your case yet.

So even though the letter my fiance got 2days ago from NVC said the petition was being sent to London and gave it a LND # , it is still in fact at the NVC ?

I am confused!

Hi, For K1, After it leaves NVC it's transferred to your embassy.

Click here for your embassy info http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United Kingdom&cty=London
