For some reason I keep not seeing CAIRO on the big list, but if I search specifically by location it shows up. Any ideas why not?

I think the list from DHL website is far from being exhaustive. BTW the search results says :

"There are more records available for the criteria provided. The data shown is only a part of available data. Try refining your query criteria to narrow down the search"

Which means best way is to refine to your location. Good luck to everyone..

If NVC says that a case left today, would it show up on the DHL website the same day or the next?

Hi, Most times when they say "today" the results would show the next day. Search EXP 06 MAR 2013A tomorrow and see if one shows for Canada. If not, this one is yours on todays list.

The best part is it left NVC :dance: Good Luck to you!!

just out of curiosity, why would i not be able to bring up the same results as you all? i try to trace EXP 05 MAR2013B and it says no results found. but if i search individual waybills it comes up fine.

I NEVER had a problem with this tracking when i filed for my mom last year. Now I cant seem to get it right. I struggled with it yesterday morning and was able to get some results. Now I have been at it for over 30mins and nothing comes up. I have played around with putting or remiving spaces and also using 'A' or 'B', still nothing...I am now wondering if the date range I am putting in has to be specific based on shipper's reference date used?
