Hi, If you know NVC has received your file it would be best to wait 5 days to make sure it's in their system, then call NVC for your new case number. They kept ours 15 days before sending it to the em

did you find shipment pickups for monday? nvc told me my husbands case was shipped out on the 28th of Nov, but i cant seem to pull up anything. Is it to early to make it to Sanaa Yemen? thanks in advance.

Hi, I searched from NOV.20th through DEC. 5th and I didn't see a package for Yemen. Sorry :(

Oh no. Should I be worried? Should I call the NVC? Or will they tell me to give it more time like a couple days to weeks?

No need to worry,Sometimes they don't show on DHL. You can call the embassy in 7-10 working days to make sure they have received your case. They should have logged it into their system at that point and they can give you the info you need.
