Okay We got our interview date over a week ago and yet our files have not left the NVC... what gives?

Hi, If you know NVC has received your file it would be best to wait 5 days to make sure it's in their system, then call NVC for your new case number. They kept ours 15 days before sending it to the em

Called the NVC today; my files left NVC 14th, they wouldnt give us the tracking information but if they are correct then I already have that thanks to this thread.

My files are currently in a sorting facility in Auckland New Zealand.
