Any thoughts on how long it takes for DHL to update their website? I spoke with a rep at NVC today and she said it "shipped" yesterday. I realize that might just mean it's been put in another bin, but thought I'd see if anyone has any knowledge on this. Thanks! -A

I knew there were more than a couple of packets were sent to the Philippines last week but why is that I'm only seeing one from Boston-Manila? NVC told me that they've sent ours last Sept 11 so I've entered EXP 11 SEP2012A with the date range of 01 Sept to 19 Sept and only got 1 hit :(

Hi !!!

I called NVC on the 13th of Sept and they told me that my package was send to the embassy on the 12th, I checked and there is a waybill # 8811390582

could this be my package, also why I haven't received the letter from NVC or email yet ??
