Great! Things will be moving faster for you now :)

It moved faster than I expected. I just got an email and they scheduled an interview for him on 7/25. I plan to fly to Indonesia to accompany him to the interview and hopefully fly back here to US with him once his visa get approved. I emailed the embassy back for an extension. I hope it's ok. *worrying a bit*

01/13/12: I-129F NOA1

06/11/12: I-129F NOA2

07/02/12: NVC Received

07/10/12: NVC Left

07/13/12: Consulate Received

07/18/12: Pkt. 3 Received

07/18/12: Pkt. 3 Completed

07/22/12: Pkt. 4 Received

Hi, If you know NVC has received your file it would be best to wait 5 days to make sure it's in their system, then call NVC for your new case number. They kept ours 15 days before sending it to the em

So the waybill number is a group number for all the petitions they sent to a certain embassy or just one case?

May 9, 11. Met on dating site Filipinacupid

chat 2x a day since

Dec 23, 11. met in Cebu, traveled to Balamban.

Dec 25th 11 asked her fathers permission to marry her in Cebuano. Engaged.

Jan 1, 12. Came home.

Jan 18th 12, I-129f recieved at vsc

Jan 25th 12, first noa

Feb 9 12, touched

July 2, 12 approved

July 7, 12 recieved noa2

July 16th, called nvc recieved case #

Aug 1st, CFO completed

Aug 16th, Interview date and Approved

01/09/2012 === I-129F official notice day (Information from hard copy of NOA1)

01/10/2012 === NOA1 received by Email. Case routed to California Service Center

01/13/2012 === I-129F official hard copy received from USCIS

03/29/2012 === I-129F touched.

06/11/2012 === I-129F Approved (157 days)

06/12/2012 === NOA2 received by Email.

06/12/2012 === I-129F touched.

07/02/2012 === I-129F touched. (I hope it is gong to NVC ;) ) (NOA2 approved for 2nd time)

07/06/2012 === 2nd NOA2 official hard copy received from USCIS. ( I am furious about getting my application approved for 2nd time. I wonder why they did it? )

Hm, I guess there is not a way to be sure that it's your case or someone elses.

The best way to know it's your package is to know the date that NVC told you they forwarded your case.

If you know your case is at the NVC then you can watch for packages going to your country and then call NVC for an update on your case . It's a guessing game if you don't know the date they have sent it to your embassy.

Hi all , the NVC said that they send my package on 20 july to the consulate in lebanon , but i cant find it on DHL ... can anyone help me please?!

Those won't show up on their site until later this afternoon, I'll look for it for you when they have added shipments :)

Update: They changed the interview date to 8/8/12 per my request. I'm leaving to Indonesia on 8/3 and shall attend the interview with him and hopefully bring him back to States with me. Thank you so much for your help. It's so exciting to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you....thank you...thank you...
