DHL Tracking From NVC to US Embassy

So my fiancée called the NVC last night and was told our package was forwarded to the embassy on July 16! But I can't seem to find the package on DHL.com =/ Can anybody help? Thanks!

updates: i found one with the reference EXP 16 JUL2012A but it says it was picked up on the 17 not the 16...could this be it?

Hi, I researched previous dates and I didn't find another going to France, this package Waybill: 9449023146 was delivered today in France. Congrats on your case getting to the embassy. You should be hearing from them soon. Good Luck on your continued journey

This is an official notification from U.S. Embassy Jakarta regarding your approved I-129F petition.

U.S. Embassy Jakarta have received the approved I-129F.

Please forward this information to beneficiary and have beneficiary complete the attached forms and submit them to the embassy within 4 months.

Please provide your name and case number exactly as shown in this letter when communicating with this office,.

When you said turning in packet 3 is bringing the necessary documents to document screening after the medical has been completed, does it mean between the medical completion and the interview you need to take the necessary documents to the embassy for document screening?
