I haven't seen any shipments since july 1st. Is there something I'm missing in the Code? Perhaps I'm just not doing something right. Can anyone else see any activity since June 30th?

Hi, If you know NVC has received your file it would be best to wait 5 days to make sure it's in their system, then call NVC for your new case number. They kept ours 15 days before sending it to the em

The last date I can track on the DHL website is july 2nd

If anyone can track july 5th and july 6th, please let us know

Same here,

According to NVC, my case was forwarded to the Seoul embassy (Republic of Korea)

on July 3rd but I cannot track anything beyond July 2nd.

Me either, NVC says my information has gone to consulate but i can't see a package going to Montreal on or after the 2nd. I'm in second guessing mode. I just want a bit of supplementary evidence.

Me either, NVC says my information has gone to consulate but i can't see a package going to Montreal on or after the 2nd. I'm in second guessing mode. I just want a bit of supplementary evidence.

You can try to call DOS to see if the consulate has received your case.

My case left the NVC on the 5th july, so I'm gonna give it until next week before I call the DOS.

That makes sense. There is still nothing on DHL tracking Usually, the packages are picked up at around 2 p.m. everyday..

Ahh I'm getting a little worried again.

Same here,

I didn't find any that was sent out in July to Korea, But each day in late June one was sent out everyday to Korea and arrived on July dates.

Ahh I'm getting a little worried again.

I have seen packages picked up as late as 6pm. When tracking your package always put the day before the date they tell you they shipped your package. Good Luck :)

Sadly, I cannot make this work. I used the format for the reference number and inserted the date of the shipment (today) but no results. I think that they may have changed the format for the reference number. NVC did confirm that the package went out today. Anybody know the current reference number? Thank you.

I think you are right. I tried all the dates, all the different combinations of shipping range. Removed the EXP, change "A" to "B" to "C" and still no result.(But there is one package to Manilla with reference EXP 03 JUL 2012B)

Still not a single waybill since July 3rd. It's unlikely that they haven't sent out a single package since.

I am pretty sure either the DHL tracking system hasn't been updated or the NVC changed their shipper's reference.

Hi, I was going crazy calling NVC everyday and I had given up when I had saw this on a post from another person and decided to give it a try. I went to www.dhl.com clicked Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, on this page you add your search info..You change the day and month to what you think your's might have left NVC

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Egypt / You Choose your Country

The day I was trying this I saw a package had left for Egypt. I thought could that be our's? I called the NVC and I was told our package had gone out. The one I had saw was our's I was so happy. I just checked our's it's at the Sorting Center in Egypt now, it's moving fast :)

Someone with the example date I made up above for the country of Egypt has a package going to Egypt now as you will see if you try this.
