Anyone knows what days the NVC mail documents to Embassy? I called NVC and the told me that my case had not been mailed cus they mail packages in groups and it's either once in 2weeks or once a week. I wish I know when approximately the next package will leave NVC

They ship Monday through Friday with packages containing multiple cases in them. No shipments on weekends or holidays. The DHL website is update after 2pm daily. Good Luck :)

How do we know if "READY" means much? I got "READY" 2 days after scheduled interview and after 1 day "in transit". DHL showed packet leaving the day after interview was scheduled and arriving 4 days later. So "READY" was there while the package traveled for 2 more days. Someone else in Germany got "READY" next day without any time "in transit". Either packets are sent before interview date is officially available or the status can turn to "READY" before the documents arrive at the Embassy.

I dont understand how to track this thing.
My date is May 1, 2015. How do i track this? is the "EXP" part of the reference or just an example that's got to be replaced by me?

Can someone please make me understand this?

Or just help me track. Embassy is in Yaounde, Cameroon.

Thank you in advance.

It would be written EXP 30 APR 2015A OR EXP 30 APR 2015B

I checked and didn't find it. You can also try EXP 01 MAY 2015A tomorrow to see if it shows. Sometimes the CR1 cases don't show up. Good Luck (F)
