DHL Tracking From NVC to US Embassy

Okay, so I've been trying to track my file but I can't find anything.

My fiancé received a letter from the NVC stating that our petition has been forwarded to the US Embassy in Brussels, Belgium July 16th, 2014.

I tried to reach the embassy in Brussels but the person on the phone didn't know about the visas and dhl arriving..

I have tried all possible combinations but do not find it.. could somebody please help me?

Have tried all EXP 7(to 25) JUL 2014A(and B)

.. I see a lot of cases but none to Belgium

I checked for dates 7/14-7/18. The two below were the only entries I got for Belgium.

I entered EXP 15 JUL 2014A and I got this waybill: 8188512452

I entered EXP 18 JUL 2014A and I got this waybill: 9642009985

I can't find any info for EXP 04 AUG 2014A, it isn't showing up as of yet. EXP 05 AUG 2014A worked fine. This sometimes happens when we change to a new month. Good Luck!

Found it with the shipper reference EXP AUG 04 2014A, if you want to track other cases you just need to write the day after the month?

Hi, I was going crazy calling NVC everyday and I had given up when I had saw this on a post from another person and decided to give it a try. I went to www.dhl.com clicked Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, on this page you add your search info..You change the day and month to what you think your's might have left NVC

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Egypt / You Choose your Country

The day I was trying this I saw a package had left for Egypt. I thought could that be our's? I called the NVC and I was told our package had gone out. The one I had saw was our's I was so happy. I just checked our's it's at the Sorting Center in Egypt now, it's moving fast

Someone with the example date I made up above for the country of Egypt has a package going to Egypt now as you will see if you try this.

Thanks! The best way to track your package is to contact the NVC to ask if they have shipped and on what date it was shipped. Another way is if you know for sure your case is at the NVC then put in the reference info and watch for any cases going to your country. If you see one going to your country call NVC for a status update on your case to see if in fact it could be your case you see on the dhl.com site. This is a way I see as a guessing game Good Luck!

Yours happens to be EXP AUG 11 2014A
