I-864 question, counting household size

I'm filling out I-864, and have a question

In part 3, question 8

I checked "X" and yes to say I'm sponsoring the principal immigrant (my wife)

In part 3, question 9

Nothing to fill out

In part 3, question 10,

it asks you to total questions 8 and 9, which is 01

For part 5, it says "DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE"

question 21a, enter the number I entered in line 10 = 01

21b, yourself, there's already a "1" in the form

21c, enter "1" if you're married so 21c="1"

21h, it asks you to count the numbers, so

since it says "DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE", it would 02 right?

The persons counted in 21b, 21c, ... 21g are people NOT being sponsored.

If you are sponsoring your spouse then line 21c is blank (zero) as she is already accounted for on line 21a.
