And if anyone reads the other 3 pages of the NYT article, the picture changes just a little.

Mind you, the politicians they appear to have bought to facilitate this whole tax charade shouldn't be a surprise, especially Charlie Weasel Rangel.

When we make it so NO corporation pays ANY tax we will have -0- unemployment.

What makes you jump to that conclusion? All it takes for a corporation to benefit from zero taxes is to be here on paper. Maybe you could require a physical address but that would still not bring any of the jobs here that need to be compensated at US pay rates. Production would continue where it is cheap. For tax purposes they'd be here for sure. What would you end up with? Well, take a look at Ireland - the lowest corporate tax rates in the EU and yet they have some of the highest unemployment rates. And they are going broke to boot. What a recipe for success!
