I have a quick question. I submitted my AOS package on march 19th. I didn't get the medical side done thinking it was to be done during the pending process of the package. Will I receive a RFE for not having the medical done on my package or what is going to happen? Thank you

Yep, you'll get an RFE. Might be a good idea to book the medical now, get the form filled out and have it all ready to go as soon as the RFE comes in the mail.

Yep you had to have that for filing. Your AOS will be stopped and RFEd until you get the medical done and get it back to them when you get the RFE.

Go get your medical done now so you have it ready like Finland-USA said. Then you can just sent it back the same day you get the RFE in the mail.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I'm not sure which they'll do. I think you will just get the RFE, and they will keep the rest of the package.. But, not 100% sure. Once you will get the RFE, it will have all necessary instructions on it. The form is standard, so you can definitely book the civil surgeon appointment and take care of that even before getting the RFE.

They don't pick the office. YOU go to the office yourself and get the medical done. I thought we answered this for you before... anyway....

For your biometrics (which is NOT medical) they will pick the office for you.
