Btw I couldn't find my local loomis phone number until I checked yellow pages. So just a suggestion for those who are trying to locate it.

Also, the guy was completely useless. I asked about visa pick up from Montreal, then he says "it takes 3-7 days to arrive" (which I don't believe at all) and I said from Montreal to Ottawa?!! You've got to be joking, then he says "OH!! Oh, no, just 1 business day." I don't think he heard me say "Visa" in the beginning.

Then he said to wait until I got an email to check the status. Grrrrr.....here's hoping it comes soon

I got same thing wait for email. It doesn't make sense because their is no way for us to track the waybill once it leaves Montreal. The only thing we are waiting for is for our local depot to get it. Once they get it. I guess Montreal sends the email that its ready for pick up and then we present the waybill number to the local depot. grrrrr...

Slow day on here today. After a few days with lots of people getting issued status, I was hoping to see more of the same today. Here's hoping tomorrow is a banner day and everyone waiting gets theirs!

Indeed it is slow, was hoping it was the Issued banner day, but not today. Hopefully tomorrow for myself and everybody else. It's getting a little hard watching everybody else get theirs though...

I am in the same situation, I had the interview with you and I am still waiting for my passport. My status changed in Issued on July 2nd and said that in 5 business days I would have received the passport. Since Montreal is so close, Thought it might have been faster. So I went to the actual Loomis location and asked the guy about it. He said that I should wait the waybill number and I would have received an email as confirmation. He also said, as you mention in another post, that Loomis sends updates and emails the evening. Hopefully, I will get the email tomorrow. Thanks again for the help and the info you gave me in Montreal :)

Heyyyy!!!! Finally nice to touch base again! PM me if you ever have any more questions! It was great meeting you! I've been chatting with the other girl that was there with us, she got her visa on Monday and she's already in the US! Her's got approved a few days before us, funny how that works. And slightly annoying...... lol!

I hear you, I seriously wonder if Montreal is just hoarding them. I mean.....I know they have to put a little package together, but why does it take so long for us and such a short period of time for others who got issued around the exact same date?

I hope that we all get emails tomorrow night!!!!

It seems as if lots of us that had our statuses changed to issued on July 2nd are still waiting for the waybill email. I called Loomis express today and they didn't even show the passports in their system yet, meaning they hadn't even been picked up from the embassy yet =(
