I think I've got everyone beat now! I've got 3 cases, one for me, and one for each of my 2 children. We now have one marked as issued, one marked as AP and one still stuck in ready status. What. The. Heck. Ugh. Making progress I guess lol

Hey BoarderCrosser,

Does your last access date state today July 3rd or July 2nd? If yours changed today, there's still a chance mine might change today too.

Any updates on passports coming in from Montreal

Nothing that I've seen, I imagine it will be a very quiet weekend because of the 4th of July. I've read some people get updates on CEAC today...insane....I don't even wanna look at my status until Monday so I can save myself three days of let down

I know what you mean, can you believe one parent has issued and the other which is my mom is still stuck on ready! I can't help but to check every 5 mins and then there's my mom who calls and asks if anything has changed, so many hopes that they will be here in the coming week, but all I can do right now is keep refreshing the page

Trenz, when does your NOA2 expire?

That is the approval date on the approved I-129F form, correct? If so, it was valid from 01/29/2015-05/28/2015.

Reason why I did not pay much attention to it was due to the fact I had my interview on May 14th, before the expiry. I was under the impression a consular official could extend this if the visa approval takes longer than the validity of the NOA2?

You should check if it was extended. I'm not sure it's relevant BUT I know that I-129F petitions do expire while I-130 never do. Since your visa processing isn't completed, I would check.

How would I go about checking if it was extended? I am clueless as to who I can contact?
