Nothing yet from CEAC. Literally checking the website every five minutes. Going insane I think now...

Me too!! Yesterday was supposed to be our moving day. I had a bit of a meltdown last night. After getting approval at the interview I was finally on cloud 9 again. I felt a massive weight drop off my shoulders. I called my fiancé yelling and screaming that it's done! That was June 11th. I'm praying things start moving quickly for each and every one of us.

8/10/2015 - Married

9/15/2015 - Mailed AOS packages

9/16/2015 - USPS Tracking confirms delivery

I seem to be checking religiously every half hour myself (or more). It will eventually start to drive you insane, really and truly. I think I may need to bump this frequency up to at least an hour as I seem to be not doing anything else with my time these days!

My visa has been ISSUED as of today! I had my interview June 16th!

congratulation!

do you have this message on your CEAC

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. As the officer told you in the interview, if further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved when administrative processing is finished, you will receive notification to collect the passport with the visa from the Loomis branch you selected when you booked your appointment.

Congrats to everyone who received an "Issued" notice today! :)

Just as an aside to those of us still waiting (and checking the CEAC website frequently) - the nerdy side of me wishes to offer some tech advice in the event this could be happening. Everyone once in a while try flushing/clearing your browser's cache as your computer may be fetching an old version of the status popup page. While unlikely, I have had it happen before on other websites where I would not see updates as a cached version of it was being pulled up. Worth a shot just to ensure you are getting the real update!

Has anybody ever had an update later in the day? Seems to me that like if they don't touch your case at 8am they don't touch it at all that day. I've officially lost all hope in this system and everything it stands for.

I have had updates always after 11-12 ish. My last update was around 12 and the one before was like 4 PM. Though it was nothing but status date update. I figure a lot of people who got issued on the last few days haven't received any loomis email so they could be working on their passport.

I am thinking of shutting to check this until Monday since tomorrow is a holiday for them and it is the weekend. I am hating this thing more and more everytime I check the status and there is no change!!! This is just absolutely ridiculous. I don't understand how they are processing visas faster for education/employment or even overseas faster than us!!! Shouldn't they go through more rigorous process...

Jeez, I thought my case was bad... I'm sorry to hear how long everyone's been waiting for!!!

My wife's interview was on June 25th, it was updated to READY on June 26th and ISSUED on June 29th.

Has anyone received an email from Loomis lately? I wouldn't think they would take this long once it's issued...

Oh, and Danielle and Jake, my status was updated in the afternoon so they do work on it

Well I'm glad to hear they work on it.

Gotta say I'm worried, my interview was also on the 25th and I'm still in AP...:(

Yea, no kidding. I would be worried too... did they say they needed additional documents at the interview? I don't think I read through your whole case, and always have trouble remembering who's who unless it's on the page I'm working on directly....

Nope, I had a great interview. Of course this would happen to me, why wouldn't it?...my timeline was too good to be true. Of course I'm gonna wait forever for my visa

To the best of my knowledge, everyone still actively waiting on this thread had a flawless interview (myself included) and did not require any further documentation to be sent. This is what puzzles myself and others as there has been no logical reason given as to why our applications are taking inordinate amounts of time while others are approved and sent in under a week. I myself have been waiting since my interview on May 14th without so much as a request for further documents or reason from the consulate for the hold up.

Heck, my fiancé took to social media and actually had it confirmed from the consulate in Montreal that the backog of non-immigrant visas is now gone. That can only mean at this point our applications are being held up for other reasons not being shared with us.
