Interviewed in Montreal on Wednesday, April 25th. Passport was available for pickup today, the 30th! Now to find a flight that isn't 10 million dollars.

Good luck to everyone else!

Sooo... I've been watching the Loomis website with the tracking number they gave me and there hasn't been an update since Friday. My husband's passport is scheduled to be at the Dorval Drop-off point and since Friday it's saying "Arrived In Loomis Transfer Facility". I'm assuming that it means it's still not ready to be picked up, so how long does it usually take to be ready after this point?

(...Husband needed passport for personal reasons during this time...)
Apr 9, 2012: Passport mailed to Consulate
Apr 25, 2012: Visa issued
May 1, 2012: Visa in hand
May 31, 2012: POE at Montreal's Trudeau Airport
Early July: Physical Green Card received in mail. Yes, it's green!

March 13, 2014: ROC filed (went to VSC)

March 17, 2014: NOA

April 22, 2014: Biometrics appointment

December 9, 2014: Case inquiry initiated

December 11, 2014: Response: "The processing of your case has been delayed. A check of our records establishes that your case is not yet ready for decision, as the required security checks remain pending."

March 14, 2014: Received NOA that approval had been given on March 10; expect new GC within 60 days.

So todays dept of atate issue was they were "issued apr 27" I have no anything track # notification from loomis? any thoughts? im worried they have a wrong contact info or something..or ?? ugg

Ours was issued April 27th as well. We didn't hear anything from the consulate. Have you tried tracking on Loomis by reference number?

I received the email from Loomis with a tracking #, and the next day (or maybe a day and a half?) the CSC website updated with that same Waybill info.

Dear XXXXX XXXXX,

Your passport has been picked up from the Consular Section and within the next few days you will be able to pick it up at:

Reference number when you registered for loomis service prior to your interview? You had to have one to show at your interview. Or maybe that unique to IR1/CR1?
