May, 2009 - We wooed

sweethreat, I hope you are not in AP. Did Visa officer give u timeline?

Can you please update with citizenship and country of birth? Sometime that makes lot of difference.

I had my interview and was approved on April 5th, as of today still nothing. The Department of State says my visa hasn't even been printed/stamped yet. :(

Can you please update with citizenship and country of birth? Sometime that makes lot of difference.

I was born in Canada and have only ever had my Canadian citizenship. The lady who interviewed me said that I was approved and when asked, told me that the visa would take up to a week to get to me. I'm pretty sure that if i was in AP the people at the DoS would have said something.

Hello,

I got a email informing me that the passport was picked up from the consulate along with the way bill number to track the passport. I got a call this evening asking me to pick it up.

I am sure you will get it soon.

I got a email informing me that the passport was picked up from the consulate along with the way bill number to track the passport. I got a call this evening asking me to pick it up.

I am sure you will get it soon.

That's crazy....They gave you the letter, why should you be in AP?
