Decided to email them again today. They are usually good about responding to my first email lol.

Apparently they have sent the documents back to me... So I guess we'll see if that's true, and if they provide a tracking number or anything like I received last time. I'm not feeling 100% confident in their answer as I believe they are just looking at the Issued status (that never changed)... But we'll see.

I hope you guys both get them back with no issue.

When I got mine it had two smaller tears in it but nothing like the ones you had. But I also lived just outside Montreal (Laval) so it didn't have to go through as many places probably. But even that short distance it got two tears that I could see getting bigger if it was handled more. One was actually caused by an elastic they put around it.

But yeah it is a pretty flimsy envelope and then they put it in a plastic/paper (not sure what to call the material...feels like Tyvec) white envelope that does nothing to protect it and then shove it in the Canada Post mail system....not sure what kinda outer envelope they used with DHL but seems like issues to me.
