I know....there was already tape on mine so they knew that the package was not sturdy from the beginning.....they need to get a stronger envelop if they are putting that much stuff in there....which made me really wonder, what the heck is in there anyhow...

I know....there was already tape on mine so they knew that the package was not sturdy from the beginning.....they need to get a stronger envelop if they are putting that much stuff in there....which made me really wonder, what the heck is in there anyhow...

I think it's your whole file that's in there, isn't it?

And yes I agree they should use thicker envelopes.

I couldn't see anything, but I assumed it was everything they had so far....but it was a lot...there is no way that little manila envelop could hold all of that without there being a tear...

So I traveled to Toronto to get my medical exam redone and sent them everything they wanted and they received it Monday morning. I've noticed my status updates March 8th and 9th. Hoping this is a good sign!!

yes....lets hope so....I think they will have a quick turnaround but I dont' know if the CEAC tracker will be updated since Morgan and I's visas have already been issued....so, I'm waiting on my email to see if Canada post has sent me something...Lynmthomas....it should be very soon now I think :)

I hope it's a quick turn around this process has taken forever the kids are dying to see their dad! Lol Idy- I had emailed them asking what the hold up was they told me everything expired and I had to redo it all so I did. I emailed them to confirm they received everything and they replied that they had and the wait time is 8 weeks but I'm hoping the turn around is faster than that

8 weeks is insane. I know looking at onefuturealiens experience, from the date it was delivered to the consulate to issued, it took 17 days.

Lol. I don't even think they read the emails that are sent...

I emailed them this morning asking to confirm if they received it, and if they knew how long it would take to receive it back... This was their response:

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your email!

Kindly note your visa was issued on March 1st, 2016. You will receive an email notification as soon as it is ready for pick up at the selected courier location.

Thank you for that completely non helpful response. lol. I responded back, so we'll see if they respond. I see that they only seem to pick and choose which emails they respond to. They didn't respond to my email from yesterday, but they did respond to today's first email within 2 minutes lol

return the packages with visas should be quick, I've seen it before. probably early next week ( I'm like an expert here!! LOL) Lyn, I think they are working fast now, they mention the 60 days to avoid questions and emails. but I think they are working pretty fast... except in my case!!... I think they are in love with my case and they don't wanna let it go because they will miss my emails asking!! :rofl: .... Just kidding girls!! I'm desperate here but happy for all of you. :goofy::P
