Dude!

I am already living out of suitcases, we had to be out of our house on Friday so I'm staying at our friends' place, with the cat! it's nervewracking not being able to book a flight yet. Thursday-Friday-Saturday flights are very booked up, too.

Can anyone who had theirs sent to Vancouver/Burnaby tell me what time of day it arrived there? If they arrive at the PO by noon, I should be able to grab it and run to the airport and make it through in time for the last available flight out on Wednesday, maybe.

URGH. I want to be out of here any give my friends their spare room back, and get there, finally, after all this.

I think I had him too!

Actually it sounds like he is working pretty hard. I hope he keeps his word and gets to me within the next two weeks then.

I just emailed them. I am hoping to hear back from them soon so I can figure out what the hold up is this time.

I was wondering if I don't get the visa can I get a layover in the Us for my flight to Taiwan? Do you think they'd let me go through so I can get the flight with my husband?

Got it in my paws!

For others in the greater Vancouver area, it left Mtl Monday night, arrived in RIchmond Tuesday night, and was at the Burnaby PO at 08:30 today (Wednesday) (although the PO doesn't open until 09:00) so if you are close by, you might be able to plan to travel same-day.

I'm travelling ungodly early tomorrow since I had to book ahead, with the cat.

Thanks to everyone for your help, and your support! Hoping PriyaB and Idy especially, but all still waiting, get good news very soon.
