i just checked ceac and my daughter and i have both been updated to non-immigrant ready!!!!!!

November 16 2015: Interview in Montreal

Result: Approved, but additional documents requested

November 25: Documents received by consulate

December 29: Visa's in hand!

December 29: POE at Peace Bridge

January 5: Married!!!! (L)

January 11: Applied for SSN

January 18: Sent out I-485 packet

January 19: Received SSN card

January 29: Received text notification that I-485 package has been received

February: Additional documents requested

May 25: Advance Parole granted (pointless, in my case)

June 3 2016: Green Cards received!!

Omg finally issued my passport is being mailed to me today, and there is a possibility I will receive it tomorrow. God is good at all times. To those waiting don't ever lose hope your day will come soon, till then all of you will remain in my prayers. Happy Holidays.

Mine didn't trigger since yesterday, probably was the non-sense bar code consulate received..

How long does it take to approved an IR-1 ? I just cant believe why would take 2 weeks for them to issue a visa.

K-1 Visa Process (182 days from I-129F filed -> Visa in Hand)

 

 

May 10th, 2015: Got Engaged!

June 12th 2015: Fiance filed I-129F, June 19th, 2015: (NOA1) Received at California Service Center

July 23rd, 2015: (NOA2) NVC received

Aug 31st, 2015: NVC Approved and fwd case to consulate in Montreal. MTL case # given.

Sept 8th, 2015: MTL received and sent P3 by mail, Sept 18th, 2015: P3 received in mail, Sept 18th, 2015: DS-160 completed and P3 documents sent by e-mail

Sept 21st, 2015: P3 Approved. Received P4 by e-mail, Sept 21st, 2015: Booked K-1 Visa interview for December 2nd, 2015!!

Oct 2nd, 2015: Booked Medical in Toronto for November 12th, 2015

Nov. 12th, 2015: Medical done in Toronto, ON with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. Highly recommend him!!

Nov. 17th, 2015: Medical results delivered by Purolator

Dec. 2nd, 2015: Interview in Montreal... APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 9th, 2015: CEAC status changed to Issued!

Dec. 11th, 2015: Ready for pickup at Waterloo location. Picked up and Visa in Hand!

09/14/2015: Called NVC and obtained MTL case number

09/18/2015: In Transit to MTL consulate

09/21/2015: Consulate received our file (24 days post-NOA2)

09/24/2015: Sent Packet 3 (unprompted, but CEAC status had updated a second time)

09/29/2015: Packet 4 received, interview scheduled. Still haven't received Packet 3, I advise not to wait for it!

10/09/2015: Received Packet 3 in the mail!

04/25/2016: Officially outside processing times for EAD/AP. Scheduled Infopass appointment for 05/10.

05/21/2016: Finally received email notice that EAD was approved on 05/19 after numerous service requests, infopass appt and ombudsman inquiry

05/23/2016: Received hard-copy letter notifying me that my AP was approved on the same day as my EAD. No hard-copy for EAD yet.

05/28/2016: Received EAD/AP Combo Card (122 days since filing).

06/21/2016: Received email notification of AOS interview (Appointment scheduled 07/21/2016)

07/21/2016: AOS interview. Approved, but file was missing medical. Local office can't issue GC until they receive medical from DOS.

I have! The first one was sent by the Consulate and doesn't seem to work, but an hour later I got the correct one from Canada Post. My expected delivery date is December 31st, but I live in a rural area in NB and requested a home delivery so yours may be faster. Can't wait to have it in hand so I can make concrete plans for POE!

I have! The first one was sent by the Consulate and doesn't seem to work, but an hour later I got the correct one from Canada Post. Yes, ours says the 29th, and I live right outside of Toronto. I will be picking up in Markham.
