I had an interview few days ago but yesterday, my visa status changed to "Issued" with the following message

"Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. As the officer told you in the interview, if further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved when administrative processing is finished, you will receive notification to collect the passport with the visa from the Loomis branch you selected when you booked your appointment."

Please is it a good development?

Yes that is good. Should have it soon, nothing to worry about!

My fiance had her interview on 11/30. The status goes from Administration Process to Ready then back to Administration Process for a couple days then Ready again yesterday but a few hours after that, it went back to Administration Process. What is going on?

It is hard to tell because I'm not aware of the details of your case, but you most likely should receive an 'issued' status by the end of this week. I would be rather suprised if you didnt!

Well it seems like it is taking anywhere from 7-15 days for those of us who have had to send in additional documents recently. Hopefully you and I will get some results this week! Let me know if you have any updates

Still under Ap last date updated it was December 4th and that's because I emailed them. Anything new on your end? This waiting game is beyond frustrating?

Nope, nothing at all. No change... but I emailed the consulate today even though it is probably pointless!

I emailed them again today too and they actually reply back within 5 minute which it was shocking. The reply was it takes up 8 weeks to review additional documents if we need additional information we will contact you once we are done reviewing everything. Sigh!!!!

Wow, sooo generic and frustrating. What did the CO tell you at your interview?

Ours said we were approved as long as we sent the passport in, and that it would only take them two weeks once they received it.

I am just as clueless as you are! But I would assume that by the date changing today, someone looked into your case. I forget what date you sent your documents? How many business days has it been?
