Did it also changed to non immigrant visa?.if so by tmr or the latest by Tuesday it will change to issued.

Nope, it still says Immigrant visa. And it says my case is ready to schedule an interview!

Nope, it still says Immigrant visa. And it says my case is ready to schedule an interview!

Honestly don't worry just give it a day or two.

They last updated that day on November 24th. And I knew that's the day they received my documents. But since then nothing has been done. I emailed them on Friday we will see if I get any reply by Monday.

I think Thanksgiving threw them off a bit. Have you tried to email them? You most definitely should hear from them this week. It's annoying that they approve us on the spot, but just request additional documents, and then it takes them weeks to put it all together. They have looked into my case twice since the passport was received, and the last time was December 2. It is now the 7 and no progress? It makes no sense. Do you mind if I ask what additional documents you had to send in? Every case is different, and some things I guess take longer to clear.

December 29: Visa's in hand!

December 29: POE at Peace Bridge

January 5: Married!!!! (L)

January 11: Applied for SSN

January 18: Sent out I-485 packet

January 19: Received SSN card

January 29: Received text notification that I-485 package has been received

February: Additional documents requested

May 25: Advance Parole granted (pointless, in my case)

June 3 2016: Green Cards received!!

Mine will be sent to the Markham pick up location too, so now I am worried it will take just as long. I would be so tempted to just show up in Missisauga and get it myself haha!

Has anyone had their status on CEAC change twice in the same day?

I'm just curious because i've been checking the site every day, multiple times a day and I want to know if I'm just causing myself extra stress. :(

K-1 Visa Process (182 days from I-129F filed -> Visa in Hand)

 

 

May 10th, 2015: Got Engaged!

June 12th 2015: Fiance filed I-129F, June 19th, 2015: (NOA1) Received at California Service Center

July 23rd, 2015: (NOA2) NVC received

Aug 31st, 2015: NVC Approved and fwd case to consulate in Montreal. MTL case # given.

Sept 8th, 2015: MTL received and sent P3 by mail, Sept 18th, 2015: P3 received in mail, Sept 18th, 2015: DS-160 completed and P3 documents sent by e-mail

Sept 21st, 2015: P3 Approved. Received P4 by e-mail, Sept 21st, 2015: Booked K-1 Visa interview for December 2nd, 2015!!

Oct 2nd, 2015: Booked Medical in Toronto for November 12th, 2015

Nov. 12th, 2015: Medical done in Toronto, ON with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. Highly recommend him!!

Nov. 17th, 2015: Medical results delivered by Purolator

Dec. 2nd, 2015: Interview in Montreal... APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 9th, 2015: CEAC status changed to Issued!

Dec. 11th, 2015: Ready for pickup at Waterloo location. Picked up and Visa in Hand!

They needed my original citizenship certificate not a copy.

Have my visa now, all the information is correct on it, and they re validated my petition expiry to march which is a relief

just showed my ID (which was expired and had my old address on it) and got the package

Thanks. I already booked my flight and will be POEing tomorrow, hopefully I dont have a hard time being processed, you never know whos having a bad day.

im thinking about arriving 3 hours earlier than my flight, do you think that is overkill?
