Oh, it was in a room? It seemed like in all the recent reviews I've been reading, it was just like another window, but more private. Was there a window in the room you interviewed in? Or was it completely open?

Approved!

I feel very relieved that its almost over and that I can be with the husband soon. They told me to expect my passport in 4 buisness days so hoping I can leave next tuesday or wednesday.

It was a long wait for the actual interview... several hours but the interview itself took less than 5 minutes. I'm just glad everything is done and over with. I'll do a review later on when I'm less tired.

Gl Saylin on your interview tomorrow =P

Can't wait to read your review! And why did it take several hours? Usually people are in and out within an hour or two.

And thanks :) I need to get to bed now. I'll get 6 and a half if I go now and fall asleep instantly. Which probably won't happen as I'll most likely lay awake for hours worrying about the interview laughing.gif

Good luck to all others with May 3rd interviews! :D

I think it took longer than usual for me since the people ahead of me were taking a really long time to get put through in the interview area. Seemed like they were only calling people for interviews in booth 8.. not sure if that is normal though. I was passing the time sleeping in my chair though. My own fault for not arriving early enough lol. I got there a few minutes before 8am and left around 1pm.

I'm sure your interview will go great! :D

And I got approved right after you! There was a problem with my fingerprints so I had to wait to do them again.

It was great meeting you and your husband! Have fun today ;)

When/Where's your POE?

I'll be crossing the land border south of Montreal, at Champlain. Right now, I'm planning on moving next Thursday, and getting to my husband Saturday. But I might move earlier depending when I get the visa and a few other things. We'll see :)

Me thinks you should get your Visa by Thursday since you live closeby. I'm driving up this Saturday and coming back Sunday with my wife through one of the Niagara/Buffalo crossings..

Nope, I didn't get sworn in either. Didn't have to raise my hand or anything. Kinda realised it halfway through. But I didn't care as long as I got approved laughing.gif
