2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

3/28/11 - DS-230 in the system and SIF

3/29/11 - Case Completed at NVC

4/13/11 - Interview date assigned

5/17/11 - Interview- Approved

5/18/11 - Passport & Visa Picked up from VFS Delhi

5/31/11 - POE (JFK)

I called the NVC today and my case is complete but the Embassy is already booked for May interviews.

I really need the appointment to be in the first or second week of June.

Has anyone ever had any succes in requesting a certain interview date?

We have asked to have the date changed and we did it. I do not now how it is in your case(Embassy) but we have contacted by email the Bucharest Embassy after the NVC give us the date and asked them to have earlier interview. You should try. Good luck. :thumbs:

If your embassy is available earlier, they might reschedule the interview, for us they told they were full, so we have to wait more than a month just to have the interview.

Firstly Congrats to you all and good luck with your interviews.

I don't think I'll be part of the May interviews group, got no news from NVC.

Got a couple of questions :

1- Did you guys had any email from the moment NVC received the packets til CC?

2- How you knew the CC?

I call the AVR everyday and still have the same message : "a packet of docs was generated on Bla bla bla bla...."

Feb 22, 2011 - DCF Form I-130 at the US Embassy in Manila.
Mar 14, 2011 - Will call the Embassy Call Center to inquire about the form's status
Mar 21, 2011 - Informed via email, Form I-130 approved
Mar 24, 2011 - Received official NOA
Mar 31, 2011 - Received Packet 3
Apr 05, 2011 - Submitted Packet 3 directly to Embassy
Apr 06, 2011 - Will call to ask for interview schedule
Apr 19, 2011 - Received Interview Request
Apr 28, 2011 - New Passport/Schedule Interview
May 03, 2011 - Medical

Medical Result PASSED!!!!!!

May 13, 2011 - Interview
