Hey, just wanna ask how are you getting ready for your interview? What documents are you going to take with you? What about x-ray picture, no need to take it to the embassy, correct? Started planning for my interview now since my medical is done already!

I've been like 85% ready with my evidence and such for the interview before I even got my CC. I just have to print out a few more things then I'll be all done. I'm bringing a copy of ALL the documents ever submitted, as well as all email correspondence with NVC. And of course, evidence of my marriage. Although at Montreal, I don't think I'll be asked to show anything. But I saw this quote on someone's signature here on VJ months ago and I'm living by it: "Better to be very overprepared than even slightly underprepared". The only things I know for sure that I need to submit are the passport pictures, my medical results, 2010 tax information, as well as the original AOS and IV packages (since I did EP).

I've also been spending my time figuring out the cheapest car rental company for when I move to the US.

Oh, I know at Montreal they don't ask for the X-rays, but I'm bringing mine just in case as it was required at the medical. I don't want to get to the consulate, and find out they want to see it and I don't have it.

Or call an operator up tomorrow and ask. The AVR only updated the day after my case was shipped out as the AVR is always slow to update.

Yeah, I've searched the VJ timelines to get an idea, but it hasn't been that helpful for me, and most people that post on the regional forum seem to be K-1 (and I think that process is a little different). I'm also still trying to figure out if my husband is required to get his medical done before they will schedule an interview.

Looking at Geordie's timeline, things are looking good for a late May interview for us as well, if our case follows the same schedule just a couple of weeks later.

P.S. A message for Geordie from my husband: "Howay the lads!"
