One more week till my husband's interview. The days seem to go by especially slowly now because there is a solid end date that we are waiting for, and we can do nothing but wait for time to pass until then. But it will all be over soon!

USCIS – 171 days
08.03.2010: Sent I-130 (Received at Chicago Lockbox on 08.05.2010 – Priority Date)
08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid

Thanks, Saylin! After all we've been through – not just the waiting, but all of the uncertainty as well (especially during the whole CSC-TSC-CSC nightmare, bogus RFEs at NVC, etc.) – this should be the easy part!

8/24/10 - filed for I-130

11/3/10 - Case transfered from CSC to TSC

2/14/11 - I-130 approved

NVC: (31 days)

2/28/11 - NVC case number assigned

3/1/11 - Called NVC and gave email addresses to be added to case

3/3/11 - DS-3032 (COA) form received via email; Sent completed DS-3032 to NVC

3/3/11 - Paid AOS fees online

A couple of people have dropped off the radar. Val and Gary / Matt and Evieve. They used to post quite a bit, but nothing now in quite a while. Hope all is well with both couples. As for us, my wife will be here on Thursday, 26th. There is a Tropical Storm threatening the Philippines right now though. Hope she can get out of there before they ground the flights.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.
