Is the middle name in native alphabet necessary for the G-325A?

On the G-325A it asks: "If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:". It doesn't specify if you must include the middle name there. I have the form from my fiance, but it only has her first and last name for that question. Her middle name is written in English in the appropriate middle name space earlier on the form. Her middle name is a patronym, if that matters. Is this an RFE-worthy offense or should I send it as is? I don't really want to wait to get a new form from her if it doesn't matter. If I do send it like this, should I include her middle name in Cyrillic on the I-129F Question 16 or write it as it is on the G-325A? If the middle name is necessary, could i cross out what's printed there and hand-write the full name in Cyrillic myself? TIA.
