Hi, All:

My husband and I are currently in France and have been for about four months. I filed for my titre de sejour. We met and got married in the US when he was a student on an F-1 visa. We left because I was pregnant and we wanted to try living France. Four months later, we regret coming here (no work). Since I do not meet the 6 month residency requirement for DCF in Paris, can I file in the US? We intend to live at my mom's when we move back. Is it ok for me to put my mom's US address in parts 2B and 18 and my foreign address in parts 2C, 19, and 21?
