Is it just us going through the Vermont Service Center that can not see any updates online. Heck my case can't even be found and every time I call the VSC I have to ask to speak to a Tier 2 worker as the one answering the call also can not find my case but those awesome Tier 2 can. I would just like to see it online and yes I signed up but you can't signup for email updates or text updates until your case can be found. :bonk:
