Under instructions for i-134 cant i use options A or B for evidence of support?

http://www.uscis.gov.../i-134instr.pdf

As an "employee" yes. For self employed, it's option C. You mentioned an LLC. You being an employee of a company YOU own using an employer letter signed by YOURSELF is going to scream "SELF EMPLOYED". They'll already have your "employment" history on your G325a and know that you recently quit, were laid off or fired from your job and judge your affidavit accordingly. Count on it.

Anyone else that can provide input thank you all i appreciate it.

I'm with pushbrk on this one. You are dealing with Manila and they are known to be tough.

If possible, delay leaving the job until after the visa is obtained. Later, for adjustment of status you will be filing a different affidavit (I--864) and that does allow for joint sponsors. So you would have options that aren't available to you with the I-134. Especially in Manila.

You seem to be asking if it's OK to lie on an immigration form signed under penalty of perjury. No, it is not. If you want your fiancee to obtain a visa, I would stay at your job until you no longer need to file truthful affidavits of support. Stop right now, thinking about being anything but a total truth teller in this process. The penalty for material misrepresentation is a lifetime ban from the US for her and potential additional penalties for perjury, for you.

If still employed, the best practice is to provide at least one and better three "complete tax returns" or "tax return transcripts". W2 forms are part of tax returns but not part of transcripts.

Update your profile to show the place where the interview will occur. It will help you get consulate specific input.

Hello and thank you for your help has anyone been through a self run business during your application?

If i start a business as a sole proprietor how can i prove my income, its not like ill get a paycheck or anything unless i open up a business bank account and write me me own checks???

Audited Income Statements, prepared by a CPA, should cover the 'stuff' you need, unless you actually have a Schedule C and 1040 reflecting any prior year business.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Might work if there's some history but not for just a month or two in business.
