Hi your fiancee and her 2 daughters will be having medical exam after they receive their packet 3 or before interview schedule. It's gonna be a 2 days visit at St. Lukes hospital ... 1st day - will be physical exams, eye exam, and vaccine interview & check-up, blood test and urine for ur finace ... for the kids it's only physical exams and vaccine interview, she cud bring her daughters vaccone record if they got it, if not its ok. 2nd day - will be the result of the medical and the vaccine shots to be taken. with this tehy will give to her the xray film and the vaccination form where it shows their what they given them and what they need to get in US when they come over.

As you cud see we do process K1 & K2 also, when i enter my POE they didnt get the xray film or vaccine result. U gonna need this vaccine report for their AOS so try to have copies of it incase it got lost or misplace. In mine & my son case... I only got Tdshot for me here in US bcos we dont have that kind of vaccine in manila, for the kids ... they need to have skin test .... bcos they wont do xray for kids TB testing. the skin test should be done here, about other vaccine shots it depends to the vaccine report St. lukes gave to her it will shows there what they need to get for vaccine shots... then she will be given proof she got it here in US and attached it to the DS vaccine form from St. lukes and they will give it to the civil surgeon for transfering to I-693A supplement form for their AOS. No need for medical exam again bcos it is 1 yr validity. unless u apply their AOS 1 yr after. they need to start all over again the medical.

Gudluck!

from what i've read it not required to have the vaccinations to get the visa. they're included in the cost of the medical so might as well get them or at least some of them. they will be required to AOS.
