They're just not helpful, eh?

Well, in any case, I seriously doubt it's a 'denial' because those usually come after RFEs have been traded back and forth - don't panic. To me it looks like it either A) should've been an approval that was mis-keyed like someone mentioned above (because "card production" never happens for I129f petitions but it does for other kinds) or B) it's someone else's card approval that was mistakenly associated with your case number. It's very dumb that the USCIS, who takes care of these petitions, won't take a look at your file and see that the error is on their end and making you wait for the mail is a waste of time.

Hope it's the A scenario :) If it's a B one, I hope they will figure it out soon enough! I agree...how dumb they can't actually check and clarify what's going on with our case...laziness, ignorance, or is it actually some protocol or sth? I guess we will never know, huh? :)

Is it maybe an RFE??

Nope! All 3 times we've called they said it's definitelly not a RFE! What is it then? who knows...:(

On the chance that it might actually have been supposed to be your NOA-2 you might consider calling NVC to see if they have received your package. The number is on here in other threads. The people there seem to know more and be more helpful in my experience. Good luck!

Request to be transfer to the next level in customer service they will check for you insted of waiting[quote name=ER Team :)' timestamp='1301042288' post='4564186]

Well, my fiance called USCIS 3 times :) He's on top of it! :) All three officers told him the same, wait and see what you get in your mail, saying they couldn't check...isn't that annoying...maybe we'll bug them tomorrow again :) Until they finally know sth!

Might be sth like that. At first I was checking the status online and it said card/document production as well. But after few minutes I tried again and an error page pops up...probably a bug...fingers crossed for a approval though :)
