Can my pregnant Ukrainian fiancee visit on B-2 while working on K-1 without Vaccines?

A complicated issue.....

My Ukrainian fiancee is pregnant with my child (just found out yesterday). We'd like her to come and stay with me for 3 weeks a month during the summer so we can enjoy some time together while waiting for the K-1 to process, however, reading in the Travel B-2 web site on the government site I'm seeing that to travel here, she needs all of the required USA vaccines. Is there any way to bring her here if she hasn't had the vaccines? She can't have them being pregnant since some will cause the child to abort or otherwise be terribly damaged.

For those who have dealt with the Ukrainian US Embassy, how terrible is it there? I haven't heard a single good thing yet about them.

She has two jobs there, a mortgage, and family, so I think we can fulfill everything else except for the vaccine requirement.

Thank you kindly

Not sure how bad Ukraine is about the vaccine and wht documents consulate in Ukraine looks for tourist visa.

As for most countries mainly they are only looking for stron ties to the home country and something credible that person would not overstay and would return back to the home country after the visit.

I am surprised she hasn't had the vaccine as a kid, most people from that area do?

Honestly, it would be very difficult for a single Ukrainian female, pregnant, to get a tourist visa to the USA, esp with a US fiance.

Read the consulate reviews. Kiev is one of the easiest in the world to deal with for family based visas (Ks and CRs). Who is telling you this? DO NOT confuse anything you read in a B-2 site. The procedures are completely different. You are applying for a K-1. Read ONLY about the K-1.

I doubt the vaccines would harm the baby, but if it is a concern then wait until she arrives. She does not need the vaccines for the visa but she will need them for the adjustment of status after she arrives and you are married. It is more expensive here.

She may have all the needed vaccines already. She should get her vaccine records from her doctor and take them to the medical exam. My wife and both sons already had all needed vaccines.

I HIGHLY doubt she will get a tourist visa. You can try. Nothing you listed would be considered compelling reasons to return since she, obviously, intends to move to the USA and marry you.

You are posting a lot of topics and that is fine. But you have to understand that you do not have a complicated issue or an unusual issue. Probably a third of the foreign fiancees are pregnant when they arrive and or give birth before hand. Nothing new, nothing unusual. The pregnancy has nothing whatever to do with the visa process. The ONLY consideration is that if she is pregnant when she goes for the medical exam it will be required to notify you that she is pregnant and you will have to consent to still marry her. I suggest, when the time comes, that you either be there for the interview OR write a letter stating that you are aware of the pregnancy and that you still intend to marry her when she arrives in the USA. Other than that, the baby is a non-issue.

There are no special considerations for babies or pregnant fiancees.

Tourist visas from Ukraine are exceedingly difficult to get, particularly when the applicant has already announced she intends to immigrate to the US.

You need to prepare as best you can here and visit her as much as possible there. I visited 6 times during our wait which was only 6 months.
