Will visa be granted at the end of the interview

I've read on here with other cases, that once the interview is completed and the visa approved, it is issued on the spot, yes?

We just want to rev things up leading to the interview in preparation of a quick departure.

It all depends on the situation, sometimes you can pick up later in the day, other time with in a few days, and I have heard some rare cases that can take much longer. Usually the thing that causes a delay is a final background check.

Hopefully you get a quick aproval.
