Medisys or Seiden

So i need to call and set up my medical In Montreal but i was wondering out of the 2 which is better what is good and bad about both. Are they basically equal or does one have perks over the other, better service ect?

I had my medical done at Medsys' in Montreal in October of 2010. They too were professional and quick; I actually had to request a document from them (my err')for my aos process and they responded promtly and were helpful. I believe they are somewhat cheaper then the option. Good Luck

Dr. Seiden was fine for me, get there nice and early in the morning so you can be one of the first in line and be in and out quick!

Seiden does not provide them, they recommend going to your family MD.

He does them there, Medisys does too - but don't get them there!!! I had one shot I had to be brought up to date on, and from what I read on their web site it was going to cost over $200. Go to your local health nurse or doctor and get the updated shots prior.

FYI not all medical doctors will give you vaccines and trust me, they will charge too, unless it is covered by your provincial health plan. Example: my younger children we covered for the meningitis shot but my older children weren't. Health unit won't give the shot because they aren't covered. The travelers clinic charge $170 for that shot. I got a prescription for it from my doctor and then AFTER they gave the shot they told me I had to pay $35 for giving it and $25 for a piece of paper that said they gave it. Plus I paid for the actual vaccine. So just because they charge a lot for it doesn't mean that it will cost less before. Still better to have them all done but just saying....

We were thinking of going to Vancouver before for the kids to get their medicals. Anyone have any comments on them?
