Diana k pena contigo la preguntadera, pero me van entrando dudas... ahora el cuento es que mi prima esta viviendo en estos momentos en Japon, por el trabajo de su esposo, el trabaja para la Army, y sera trasladado nuevamente a los estados unidos pero solo hasta el mes de junio.. Creo entonces k el no me serviria como el joint sponsor, por no tener una direccion aqui en USA.?? ya quede cabezona :(:bonk::bonk:

Los requisitos principales de un co-sponsor son que 1. sea ciudadano americano o residente permanente, 2. gane mínimo el 125% del salario necesario para hacerse responsable económicamente del beneficiario y 3. que viva en uno de los 50 estados o territorios de los EE.UU., si no es así, entonces no le sirve.

Hola Diana me encontre esta info en las instrucciones que la pagina del USCIS da para cada una de las formas!! el esposo de mi prima lo que va hacer es enviar una carta del trabajo donde dice que esta alli temporalmente trabajando para este estado y sera trasladado nuevamente a los estados unidos en Mayo, aparte de las cuentas bancarias aca, lo de los taxes obviamente... bueno espero estar en lo correcto y que no vaya a tener problemas por eso. gracias de nuevo por toda la info que me diste, me ayudo a despejar muchas dudas que tenia...

Other proof could be evidence that you are a student studying abroad or that a foreign government has authorized a temporary stay.

hola alguien que me pueda sacar de una duda , cuando se hace el cover letter se escribe el nombre con su apellido o con el del esposo , y lo otro es que cual es el numero de la visa que no tengo muy claro es el mismo del pasaporte ..

Todos los papeles, incluyendo la carta de presentación deben ir con el nombre que Ud. quiere que aparezca en la green card.

El número de visa es el número rojo que aparece en la visa.

Yo creo que la carta de trabajo está bien, pero si se demoran más en enviar el paquete es mejor que saque otra.
