So i have looked at all the guides for the K1 and all the documentation seems simple enough.

My problem is i dont actually understand some of the steps

If i am understanding this right:

I Assemble the I-129F Package and send it off (-the I-134 financial sponsor form)

i then wait to receive a NOA1 notification

do i need to submit anything else at this point? or do i just wait till i get something saying NOA2?

Then looking at the guide it says i am to send my I-134 (financial Sponsor form) to my partner.

What does he do with it?

Do i not send it in as part of the 1-129F in the beginning for assessment?

Sorry if this is an obvious question have been looking around VJ and i just cant work it out.

Thank you everyone in advance!

Have you actually looked at the guide? The steps are pretty clear cut and spelled out. http://www.visajourn...content/k1guide

I'm assuming that you're the petitioner and your "partner" is the beneficiary? Since you're petitioning for him to apply for a fiance visa, you may want to refer to him as your fiance. The documents that you send to your fiance are brought by him to the visa interview at the US embassy/consulate.
