USCIS Case status page is dead wrong

Well, im just wondering here ..... why did we sign up those accounts there if they dont do anything with them? How are we even going to get an e-mail notifications when obviously the whole site doesnt work?? Does that mean that im not even supposed to wait for a confirmation email in case we get the noa2? Or is it only going to be send to the petitioner? Well, thank you though... im about to stop checking it :) it is only making me stress anyhow.

Vermont is not processing anything obviously so why bother with the uscis site. They even may go back in time, and send pigeons instead emails :rofl:

I did not receive an email or a text throughout the whole process from USCIS or the consulate. The NOA2 is sent to the petitioner.

EAD card.................2011-10-26

AP card....................2011-10-26

AOS approved .......2011-12-19

ours is wrong.. we got our noa2 March 4 and the site stayed in review until March 14th I got a text message and email... I assumed it was updating for noa2...nope... it went back to acceptance and said my case is now with the uscis....that stressed me out alil...they even sent a duplicate noa2 dated march 14th... if I had not been emailing them every other day I would not of known it was approved until the hard copy showed up.... touches etc.. arent all that we think they are...

July 24,2010- Nigel proposed!!

September 1, 2010- posted the k-1 (lewisville address)

September 3, 2010 - forwarded to dallas

September 6, 2010- recieved in dallas

September 7, 2010 - forwarded to vermont service center

September 8, 2010- offical date of NOA1

September 9, 2010- text and email alerts 2:30 a.m.!!! but worth being woke up to

September 10, 2010 check cashed

October 3, 2010- joined VJ going bonkers waiting....

March 4, 2011 NOA2 after a long 177 days waiting ( no text email or onliine update.. still says in review)

March 10, 2011 NVC received and issued LND#

March 12, 2011 NOA2 hard copy received

March 17, 2011 we are at London.. packet 3 sent out

March 18, 2011 packet 3 sent back to London

March 22,2011 MRV-paid

April 1, 2011 Medical

April 15, 2011 Interview- Approved! orignal interview date May 13 requested to move forward received less than a days notice.

Sounds like every situation is different. I checked the uscis website daily. I was on the phone with Pui when I decided since it is the end of the work day in California I should check the uscis website and found out I was approved. I then checked my email and found out I had gotten the email 5 minutes before but since I was on my phone I did not see it there. I then got 2 NOA2's in the mail. I was approved 02-14-2011 on the uscis website(I have a pic I took with my phone) now if I look at it says 02-15-2011.

AOS Journey

11-04-2011 sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

11-07-2011 delivered

11-08-2011 Date on text messages but did not receive until 11-22-2011

11-23-2011 Check cashed.

11-25-2011 Hard copies of NOA1s

12-06-2012 Pui's Brother unexpectly passes away and we make an info pass appointment and receive an emergancy AP so she can return home. Pui leaves for Thailand for 2 weeks.

12-06-2012 Get a text message and email that she received an RFE

12-12-2012 RFE for original birth certificate. I swear we sent it along with a certificate translation of it.

12-20-2012 Pui returns from Thailand.

12-21-2012 We send the RFE back for with original birth certificate along with a new certificate of translation(I had to wait for her to return for her to sign)

12-26-2012 text and email they have received the RFE.

12-29-2012 Appointment for biometrics is 01-23-2012

01-13-2012 AP is approved.

01-23-2012 Biometrics appointment. Later during the evening the text and email saying the EAD is approved.

01-31-2012 EAD/AP combo card arrives.

05-22-2012 Email and text card is in production!

Our I-129f status was never updated, touched or changed in any way. Our Removal of Conditions is pending and next year Alla will be a citizen. And it still says "initial review" So what?
