My girl had to move to a new apartment recently. I guess the embassy in Guanzhou will mail her something in a couple of months. So obviously I need to update the address. Still waiting on the NOA2. So do I call up Vermont and update it with them, do I need to call the embassy in Guanzhou and update with them, or is there a form/webpage I can go to and update it?

Thanks

You would change it with the USCIS if you haven't had approval yet.

Or at least, I'd imagine it would be with the USCIS.

I changed my fiancee address recently .I sent a letter with the changes to USCIS and called a week later and spoke to an officer and she changed it over the phone . Some persons advised that you can change it when you schedule for an interview , but I did not wish to wait until then . There is no form for the foreign fiancee--only a form for the USC if he/she changes their address while the petition is pending .

I had to do the same thing. I called and this was the answer I got. "On the back of your NOA1 is an address to your center. Use that address. Mail them a letter stating you wish to change your fiance(e)'s address. (of course include the new address and any other info you wish to convey to them) Make sure to enclose a copy of your NOA1 so that they attach it to the correct file. (very important) Also, I got a confirmation of receipt of delivery to prove they got it.

I hope this helps.

No need to change it. If you do, and it works, great. But many times it doesn't. I tried to change my fiancee's address and even received confirmation from USCIS that it would be changed. They still didn't change it. You just need to let the NVC know when you call then to get your case number, after it gets there. If not then, you can change it at the Embassy later. No need to waste your time hoping USCIS will change it. They don't really care what her address is.
