Any advice on what to include as evidence and also how to present it? Also, how do you print call history from Yahoo Messenger and Skype? I can't seem to figure that out.

Pictures not just of the two of you but also with each other's families and friends are great.. I thought a strong piece of evidence for us was when I did a search of my mail for his name and printed out the results pages showing the thousands of times I had talked to him and the hundreds of times I had talked to other people about him, each with just the date, subject and a snippet of conversation..

Evidence of relationship can be anything/everything from letters, emails, cards, chat logs, call logs, credit card receipts, hotel receipts, pictures, etc.

for skype go to view account just above your contact list, then you will see something in blue called view call history and just print out all your months of calls and so forth.. Also just pictures, letters, emails, cards, anything that can prove that you have been in an ongoing relationship.. hope this helps

Skype has no problem, download Skype call exporter and it's done.

As for Yahoo Messenger we just made 5/6 screenshots of the calls history.

Do you have emails? letters ? the skype and messenger have somthing where you can collate the information and then print, you have photos there is a lot of information req to prove relationship, we used and still have a lawyer they did it all for us less stress.

For Yahoo Messanger you go to the top menu, select contacts -> message archive. This gives you a new window with a list of your contacts on the left and the chats by date on the right. If you want to find them on your computer directly go to C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\(yahoo messenger name)\Archive\Messages or to C:\Program Files (x86)\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\(yahoo messenger name)\Archive\Messages and look for the name of the person you want the history. When you open this you will see the .dat files for each days chats. You can use something like Yahoo-Message-Archive-Decoder to decode these (useful for reading the logs when you don't have the password or have forgotten it).

All of this assumes that you had message archiving turned on. It used to be turned off by default when you installed YM.
