It'####### or miss. I have heard of people being successful at doing a walk-in at Atlanta and I have also heard of people being turned away. If you have a valid reason - out of town work engagement, doctor's appointment, school exam - something like that that you can show the guard at the door you may stand a better chance of being allowed in to do a walk in biometrics. If you are just trying to speed up the process, you may not be successful.

If you are close enough to the ASC to give it a try it is certainly worth a try. The worse that can happen is that they say no and you will either have to go to the original appointment or request a reschedule. As well, they are very strict about what is allowed in the building - you can't bring a purse but a wallet is fine. I had to rifle through the pages of my book to show them there was nothing in it before they allowed me to bring that in.

Btw - there is this really neat restaurant just down the hill from the ASC on the same side of Collier Rd - it is a Korean Taco restaurant - yep - Korean tacos! It looks like a little hole in the wall dive at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side before the road curves left but the food is fantastic! The place is always full, so you may want to stop there for lunch at the same time - as you will be in the area :) .

if I can do it in the most populated city in America, NYC, then no doubt you could do a walk-in in atlanta.

I haven't seen any benefits yet though, nothing touched...
