visa pick-up question

On the pink slip it provides a date to pick up the visa. My fiance' is traveling on business on that date. Is it possible for her to just go to pick it up whenever she is available? Thanks!

When will she be available to come to pick it up? I say this because there are a few that have visa valid for just for 1 month. Others have visa expire within 4 to 6 months. The maximum is up to 6 months I believe. Ours was just 4 months, from March 2011 to July 2011. It all depends on what time frame they give on the visa. Only way to find out is to show up on that date and see if it's available. Most get it within 1 week. Others 2, 3, or even 1 month.

My question is not about how long the visa is valid, but only about visa pick-up at the consulate. Can she come any time after the pick-up date to get it? She can pick it up on March 28th, but she is traveling and cannot do so. Can she go to the consulate any time after that to pick it up?
